The byMaletsatsi Wrap Event Series started in 2016 as a way for the founder to get up-close-and-personal with the members of her blog community as well as the growing supportive clientele – all passionately called the “byMaletsatsi Tribe”. The November events are celebrated on/after the socially claimed National Head Wrap Day which happens annually on the 20th of November – a day where head wrap lovers from all over the world are encouraged and invited to join the movement by wearing head wraps (or doeks) on the day and share selfies of their favorite styles on social media using hashtags #NationalHeadWrapDay and #NHWD.
